Introspection

1.      My naked skin tells stories of pain and hope, an eternal conflict between what has been and what could be. I find the strength to look forward and accept all parts of myself, even those unseen by the world. The eye and the heart represent two ways of perceiving and understanding the world: one through rationality (the eye) and the other through emotion and instinct (the heart). The hands represent duality; truth resides not solely in one of these ways of perception, but rather where they converge and balance.
